No ad, no flyer, no box comes without it: the SALOMON FoodWorld freecall hotline. You think one of those impersonal call-centers is behind this phone number? Then it will be an even bigger surprise to find out that only two persons take your calls.
All international Hotline callers are directly put through to
Daniela Heilmann and Rilana Schneider.
The questions asked vary hugely. Mostly it´s about products
or sources of supply, often however also about more general things like serving-examples and address tips for accessories.
Your hotline calls are taken personally weekdays from
9 AM till 6 PM, the rest of the time a recorder takes
your questions and call-back number.
