This highly interactive seminar offers participants the chance to gain a full understandig of the breadth of competitive challenges, possibilities, opportunities and risks in multi-unit restaurant management. Industry case studies are used extensively to facilitate discussion. The multi-unit restaurant enterprise may take many forms. What is common to all of these organizations is a complex structure with success factors that are different than those traditionally associated with single unit restaurants.
